BIM Section in Invitation for Bids

EIR is embedded in the invitation for bids; contractors submit a pre-BEP with their bid (ISO 19650-2 flow, aligned with Decree 217/2026).

1. BIM Capability Requirements for Contractors

Contractor must have professionally trained BIM Manager and BIM Coordinator. Minimum requirement: [fill in years of experience]. BIM software must be properly licensed.

2. Preliminary BIM Plan (pre-BEP) Submission Requirements

Contractor must submit a preliminary BIM plan (pre-BEP) per template in Annex [X], including: intended software, BIM personnel, CDE platform, LOIN by discipline.

3. Exchange Information Requirements (EIR)
