Detailing certain articles of the Construction Law on construction activity management
The sole binding BIM decree (Art. 8): BIM mandatory for new-build Grade II+ regardless of funding; BIM data submitted in the open IFC standard or another open format suited to the project, with the native format provided on request for cross-checking (§3); CDE mandatory Grade I+ public-investment (§4); as-built model to national DB (§5d).

Level of Information Need (LOIN) — Part 1: Concepts and principles
ISO standard defining the method for determining Level of Information Need (LOIN). 3 components: Geometric, Alphanumeric (non-geometric), Documentation. Supersedes/withdraws EN 17412-1:2020 — it does not claim to replace LOD (BIMForum), which remains in use where projects choose to apply it.
