Naming fields (reference template following a structure common in national guidance)

This template uses a simplified project–zone–discipline–fileType–sequence–revision structure. National guidance in some countries (e.g. the UK) also uses fields such as originator and volume/system that this template omits; ISO 19650-2 itself only requires each container to have a unique ID based on an agreed convention (clause 5.1.7); the field set, code lengths, and folding revision into the file name are project or National Annex conventions — not a universally mandatory ISO field set. Project approval is required before use in contracts or a live CDE.
